I have friends who have had the virus that is lasting weeks & turns into bronchitis & pneumonia!

Still not fun to be sick. I like to do ginger & garlic in chicken broth or hot lemon & ginger drink when I am not feeling well.

I think about every 20 - 30 minutes to find a horse.

Yeah, I had some hot peppermint tea and it helped a lot.

Peppermint can often "clean the sinuses", and tea is often soothing.

It was a bit of heartburn from microwaving my food for way too long. ><
And it was painful earlier but got better.

I have to be careful what I eat because my tummy is sensitive to many foods.

Do you have food allergies?

I’m sure I’m allergic to paprika because whenever I get a cooked roast chicken at the supermarket, I get extremely sick as opposed to either cooking pieces of chicken or a pre-made chicken schnitzel where I’m completely fine.

Some precooked roasted chickens have spices I can't eat without feeling sick and if things are cooked or made with canola oil I have issues.

Paprika is made from sweet or hot peppers, do you think you have issues with those?

People who have no food issues are so lucky.
