So mom has been telling me to go to their place after work and join dad in eating
She forgot to say something to him so yesterday I ate her portion (oops)
Today since she told him that she'd invited me he had more prepared
Considering how late the lunch break is in the day, chances are I'll do something lighter then and then something with dad. And a round two with mom if there's leftovers
I imagine dad is okay with this cuz then he can see me. Mom has said she likes it cuz she sees me much more often as a result. I'm okay with it cuz it means food

I am still not used to this schedule. It feels like I'm waking up in time for bed, and going to bed stupid late
Is easier to handle while at worm cuz of how much is going on tho

Fuck if I know. Dealing with being sick isn't helping

So there's two printers and a backup. The two printers from nights both moved to shipping, as the junior of the two printers on days has more seniority than the three of us combined. Or is close to. Since I stayed in this department, I'm still the backup. It's been a week, and I'm pretty sure the senior printer would prefer if I was the junior printer over the actual one. I guess I'm a lot faster, and more willing and able to help or something?
Yesterday I was on a manual line and she told me she was going to the bathroom, so instead of swapping at the half hour mark like we're supposed to, I stayed packing so that if a printer call happened, I could respond. If she asks me to spread ink on one of the auto printers, I will. And since I know the daily shutdown procedure, if I'm on one of the auto lines, she knows it'll be taken care of for her
And because I'm doing this stuff, that gives me print pay. Somewhere around an hour, hour and a half, we aren't being precise with the time lol

Yeah my cat Doink needed a few days, but she's adjusted to my new sleep schedule, more or less. She's still trying to determine the bedtime herding time

Nice to have the food already prepared for you, must help to keep your nutrition up too.

I hate being out of sync, especially waking up & trying to remember what day it is & what time to go into work ... but mine isn't as difficult as yours, with your time change, shift change!

Nice to know that management appreciates or at least acknowledges the good job you do.
