I'm finding if I don't have enough water for an attack that the buttons don't appear.
Sometimes I have to refresh the page about 3 times or so to get the button to appear under an avatar I am trying to help. (Or there seems to be a cool down period of a few minutes between hits).
You will only see the buttons under the opposite team members.
Edit: I was just able to give Gremmie some water ( you must have it on Lady Pengwings team).

Bad news yesterday ....... Bad storm awoke to a loud BOOM sounded like a bomb exploded and well the storm fried my bigscreen and my plugged in cellphone so I lost both of them lighting must have struck something because both were fried plus our outside lights are non working as well and lucky I had a backup phone or I'd not even be online ATM
oh no! Not lightening again! Isn't that what happened to your phone before?
Gizzie needs to stay away from electronics when there is a storm!! Is your home ok? Did a breaker go out maybe and that is why the lights aren't working? Do you have a landlord you can call about it?
Sounds like you will be celebrating all week for your birthdy so that is a good thing at least. Do take care with the bad storms around your area.
Everything is surge protected BUT it messed up everything on that one wall inside and outside even on the surge protector my inlaws had it happen too before on a surge protector as well
Just in case FYI, a lot of people confuse surge protectors with power strips. They're not the same. A surge protector (from a reputable company) will usually have a guaranty/insurance policy not to fry your electronics in a lightning strike.
