Same with mint but the railroad ties are keeping that under control. Something in them the mint does not like so it stays within its border. Grapevine don't care tho

I enjoy our neighbors grapes that grow over our fence, but they really need to be cut back, they unintentionally have gone wild from neglect.

I am trying to get my mint to transplant, seems like it is very slow growing & then all of a sudden it is everywhere. But when I try to transplant it I can't seem to get it to take. Maybe I just need patience.

Do you use your mint in your foods or for tea? Have you tried to dry & store it at all? I haven't but am thinking about it once I get a good batch growing.

Did you have someone to help find if any stinger was left in your foot?

Was a wasp that retained the stinger. It was grumpy at having a filled shopping bag get put on it but it didnt get squished so dad was able to check (he used tongs to hold) and he saw the stinger

Glad you didn't react poorly. I got stung by a hornet for the first time last year. It took a long time before the lump went away. Pain and swelling wasn't too bad for me thankfully.

Yes, hornets can sting and sting and sting. I kind of like that bees mean it when they sting, but hornets can sting and sting just because they're being mean or angry.

Usually you can go on medical leave no matter where it happens. The idea is if you can't work, you can't work due to a medical issue. Unfortunately, the few who abuse this (like everything) ruin it for everyone else who needs it.

Cancer brought it back, at benadryl levels

Which the off-brand stuff dad had on hand expired back in 2018 and didn't do shit, so now I have on-brand stuff that's not expired. Just gotta eat first

Monday had union meeting/contract vote
It did not pass
We have one again today. Half an hour earlier
Only two here are me n the one rep who has a similar shift to ours cuz mechanics have three eights and we're chilling in the parking lot

So the one unpaid day became paid and that's it for changes
Unfortunately they got the yes-crew in so it passed

Lead has an elbow brace. Asked him what he did and all I got was "hurt [him]self" so who knows if I'll find out what happens. But the elbow? Ow

Also ended up showing QC a lil trick the superintendent had shown me some time earlier cuz it became relevant and he called it genius and was thrilled that I told/showed him

And then the last half hour was a lot of running around cuz missing stuff so build enough under rework to make up the missing stuff and then pack. So I ended up clocking ten after

Speaking of overtime apparently the company is having company people do union jobs and the union has a grievance on that. And if that does nothing, to the labor board about it!
