My physical address and my mail address are different. Physically, I'm in [x]. But my mail goes through [y]'s post office so my mailing address is that town
Physically, my home and the park are in [x]. Hilariously, despite the park name having said town's name, the mailing address is [z] village

haha ok, I didn't know what you meant but I do get that where a person lives can determine property tax rates & apparently some places some home owners don't even pay property tax .. it isn't a federal/national thing

Fixed is the way to go! There's been talk about interest rates dropping. Might look into re-fi if you can get a lower fixed rate. You can save big big bucks!
