Wings, I do not have an air fryer - although i pondered on grabbing one as a prize at Bingo but let my friend get it instead as she actually had plans for it.

Daystar - seems like an awful lot to go through to make fries!

I like my fries crispy & hot, not floppy & cold. Too much grease makes me sick .

I like salt & vinegar with ketchup or else gravy with my fries.. just to dip in, not soaked in.

I don't like grease when it gets cold. Got to be hot enough to just avoid a trip to the ER. Vinegar does cut grease-induced nausea, though. I think I've had gravy with fries once. I loved it. Can't really get it anywhere on the regular, though. I'm not even sure it was the kind of gravy they meant when people talk about disco fries/poutine.
