Last Thur was a bad 133 vehicle accident down the road from me



I've been snowed in for a few days was out of food and grubhub said they are CLOSED due to snow .... we had no ice just thick snow so I drove up hill to the restaurants area all that part of town is without power the grocery store lost power but was running on a very poor generator but they had one register so I shopped by phone flashlight got some food... shelves were going bare fast got to the checkout pushed my stuff manually down the conveyer belt and drove home


Was without phone for a day cell towers must have been acting up .....all good now


Today the snow all turned into ICE so I am staying home

Tomorrow is supposed to be another round of weather

I live between a fire station and a nursing home on my street so my power never goes off or I'm guessing maybe that has something to do with it not really sure but yeah I have power and I have the pipes dripping so they don't freeze and my heater is running too ..... turtles have submerged tank heaters and I wrapped a blanket around the sides of the tanks for extra warmth too

That's great! It would really be a bummer to be without power or heat in freezing temps.

Ok so after the slight weather delay the turtles got their ramp like ^^ that one yesterday........ upon getting it out of the box it was stuck in the box and I BROKE IT the piece on the side that go down .... I guess the leg piece.... so I need to buy gorilla glue and fix it tomorrow

I don't know how online works, but with stores usually you can get a replacement at no extra cost, or at the very least not much extra cost, if it broke within the first few days of owning it

Glue worked I done put glue on it before I thought of returning it
