you can also just put whipped cream on top...plain they are a little "dense" for me as well...I need something to help it slide down!

a soft ganache chocolate is also yummy on the cheesecake.

I think whipped cream is good with the cheesecake for the same reasons (can tend to be bit dry).

Cheesecake isn't my favourite kind of cake, but I still like it even with nothing on top.

i've actually never seen cheesecake served with ganash or whipped cream here! but they do make sponge cheese cakes which are a lot lighter and i prefer those haha
but you're right galled, i think dryness is a real factor

btw classes start again tomorrow and i have like 5 hours to sleep but i haven't packed... praying lol
