What do I gotta do to keep this thread going? I try stories, I try telling news in my life, I try things that require participation, but to no avail

I see other people with threads that get responses almost immediately after they post while I'm left floundering

Is it simply because I talk in other hangouts so people don't find it necessary to respond in here? I don't want to stop talking everywhere else, I need those feathers

What do I have to do?

I just don't have anything to add to the conversation. I read everything. Just tell us what's happening in life/Fairy Garden and something will pop up in common.

My life is boring compared to everyone else. Even when it's not boring it's usually because something not so fun is happening in my life, but I dislike complaining about stuff, unless it's to commiserate with someone who is already complaining. So I try to talk about fun things, like Pokemon or Star Wars, but no one seems interested

Things that change (whather good or bad) is enough--even a change of opinion.

Sorry I gave up on Pokemon after the original 150 and on Strar Wars when JJ Abrams and Disney took over.

I lurk most of the time and when I do post, it's usually in the game threads where there's no actual conversation.

Fair enough on all counts, galled. Though I'd say Pokemon is still worth checking into, and some new star wars stuff is still good, like Mandalorian

I guess a change for me is actually the opposite; my cough has not gone away, it has, in fact, returned
Another change is it seems we won't be going to Florida in February, and maybe not any time this year

Your covid cough? Mine lasted for months (most of that time just a slight tickle that'd make me cough once in a
while), but it did go away.

I saw that Bob Eiger (the former CEO who returned to Disney after the most recent guy got canned for stupid changes) has rolled back the Park's ticket prices to what they were before the latest guy's increases). So maybe that'll help?

Yeah, it disappeared for a week, then came back for almost two weeks, but it's mostly gone again now. It seems I was having a tickle so I'd cough, but then that would exacerbate the membranes making it hurt, which would make me cough, which would make it worse, etc. So mom told me to try to force myself to NOT cough, and it's actually working. Plus, if I do not come home early for the next two days of work (I'm off after that) I will be getting Dairy Queen on Saturday!

It's not the price, it's the fact that my sister hasn't gotten her passport figured out. Even if we do go, I'm not sure I'll be able to get the lightsaber, because we need to make reservations up to 60 days I advance

I get the try not to cough trick. It can help at the end of recovery. I did cough drops too and it helped.

Passports are required to go to the US, or to get back into CA?
