sometimes your work place will pay for continuing education...I've had places pay for my training but I've also had some continuing ed that I have had to pay for to get units to keep my certification.
Ah, not really. n ___n ;;; I work at a daycare, and getting certification means I'd be leaving there, so they'd be paying for me to get out of there. Wouldn't work in their favor.
I didn't expect it either honestly. It's the only job that I could get with my degree. Apparently you can't be a sub without certifications? Who knew.
They really are. Ugh. I'm in the two year room too. They have so much energy. It hurts. I hope on doing Elementary! Preferably first, second or third. Fourth grade they start to get feisty and talk back. > > ;;
