we all mess up once in awhile - but the idea is not to deny yourself a sweet, just to limit the amount...and there are some sugar free candy that might do the trick? Or some types of candy with less calories.
I try to look at the calories and then think - if I'm going to eat that many calories what would I rather spend them on? Is that particular food worth those calories? Then again certain foods will be a whole days calories and I'll eat it just because it is so delicious!
Hrnn. I just ate the last of the chocolate in the fridge that I had, so now I won't be tempted. orz. My fiance doesn't like sweets/snacks in the house. = q=
Yuracye - the good news is that the cavity rate decreases as you get older, the bad news is that teeth break more often from fractures we develop in our teeth ( from eating hard foods, ice etc) or that develop when fillings get old and the margins start to break down.
