We're going to start over at the beginning of modern era Doctor Who, so we're starting with Christopher Eckleston
Unfortunately I woke too late to watch it

Last night was good. I woke late yet was able to chat with my friends on vc. I also had candy gummies that my dad had brought from work (I think there was an event there) and I had meatballs for dinner. I watched some videos, played some games, and chatted via text with my girlfriend. Mostly though, I read my book. I finished it right before bedtime, so tonight I'll be starting the last book of the series. And hopefully my mom gets me the next series for my birthday (I asked her to and she said she'll consider it. I told her it's a better gift to ask for than video games, which she did agree with) and then all I'll need is the two books about gods and heroes and I'll have the entire Percy Jackson collection, I think.

Here's hoping I actually wake up on time tonight to watch Doctor Who

Christopher Eckleston was a great doctor. One of my favorites. I think he was greatly responsible for the return of the series.

I just saw that the series is now owned by Disney...

Yeeeee!
Indeed! I'm torn between Mandarin and this Italian restaurant I had a couple times (can't rember the name). As for dessert I've requested mint chocolate chip ice cream and these cookies at my store that have a mint chocolate chip ice cream flavor

He was indeed!
Yeah, which means we can watch it on Disney Plus!

Last night was good, I woke up late but earlier than the night before, and this time on my own. I had pesto pasta salad, chicken, and sliced carrots for dinner, and the pasta was delicious. I did some chores, chatted with my friends via discord voice (got the old gang together for a bit, it was nice). I played games, watched videos, played with the Pokemon bot. The thing I did most was read my book, I had hard times putting it down!

Congratulations on finishing the books!

Can you get the next set as an early birthday gift? Or just have to have delayed gratification & wait patiently?

Ty! It took only 2 days to start and finish the last book of the set lol

Idk, probably will have to wait
But now I don't mind waiting, for one reason; Mario Kart World

Last night was great! My sister woke me up, I got showered, had tacos, then went to the local game store to wait for it to open so we could get the Switch 2! We got there around 10:30, and got home around iirc 2! It was raining at first, but it didn't last too long. I was able to get wifi from some surrounding stores while waiting, and chatted with the guy in front of me a bit as well! There were like 60 people in front of us, and by the end maybe 60 people behind us, so around 120 people waiting! Then we got home, set it up, linked my account, and then my sister went to bed! I downloaded MKW and played a bit.
Other than that I did the usual video watching, game playing, and Discord bot using

So now I can play MKW for awhile until I get the next book set!

Yay! it all worked out !!

Is the Switch a birthday gift?

I think the Switch 2 Kitalpha Hart ( on Windlyn) was talking about getting ... (or wanting to get?)

Indeed
It's both a bday gift AND an early Christmas gift for both my sister and I
Hmmmm

One problem, now my mom is saying she might not get the bookset I want because we got the Switch 2!

Last night was good! I woke up on time, watched videos, ate dinner, played on Switch 2. Then I went to work and did mostly alright, though I got a headache just after first break and it lasted all night. Then I came home, chatted with me mum, played some more, walked the dog, had fun.

I work again tonight but idk when next. I'm scheduled on the 12th, but I had requested it off because it's my bday, so my manager said he'll talk to the schedule maker

Books aren't all that expensive ...and you are working ...can't you buy the book set yourself if you don't get it as a gift? <or check out the library or kindle to read & add it to your collection when you can afford it>

Tis $60 for the set. I'm not allowed to buy things for meself until I pay off my laptop. Also I wish not too wait that long

Last night was excellent. I woke way late, but worked really well at work!
I then watched videos and whatnot at home.

One thing, I tried playing Pokemon Violet on my Switch 1, but the file I play one was gone! So I'm hoping that file is on my Switch 2 or something

We accept all manner of those with magical, divine, ethereal, spiritual, and cosmic ways!

Luckily the file IS on the Switch 2! Also my sister said there's a way to restore the file on the old Switch, though I haven't bothered trying atm.
Thank you so much!

Last night was great! I woke up on time, ate a delicious dinner (stir fry or something), walked the dog, cleaned the kitchen. Then I chatted with my friends in vc, after which I played DND on Discord text. I played games, watched videos, had fun. I also made lunch for not just my mom but also my dad, and vacuumed the main floor! Other than that I just did fun things.

Now I need to get to sleep because I need to wake up 30 earlier than my earliest usual time, so I can get ready and go to a restaurant for dinner!
