I got a new phone I HATE IT it's tiny (I miss my big one) it's a pos it is defected and the battery won't stay charged long takes forever to recharge gets HOT real hot just sitting and overall sucks but sis in law is stubborn and won't return it she bought it and pays the bill too so I'm stuck -.- I said I hated it so she just thinks I'm making up issues because I hate it but IT SUCKS so yup

Check if the phone as a recall, if so you might be able to get a replacement or trade in. Like the ones who's batteries could catch on fire... your sis in law might have other thoughts if she thought it could catch on fire and burn the place down...
