Yes, I love it! It makes me want to not be on the computer as often though because I'm on it all day. It's very simple and very laid back and I dont feel stressed out or anything. Actually, I just make phone calls and doodle while I wait for a response! Lol

Thank you both! I just havent been posting here as often, you know? So it's my bad maybe i'll do another them for christmas or something.
I am doing okay though, thank you! I have been meal prepping today and am excited about that. How are you all doing?

Also I have this weird "warmed over flavor" thing with chicken. I can not eat leftover chicken so I'm hoping it will be fine cold and not heated in the microwave

I'm not a fan of microwave heated meat either.
If you put a little olive oil or butter in a fry pan you can heat meat up quickly and it tastes better.
I cook chicken breasts in the instant pot, reserve some and while the broth is hot make the rest into chicken soup or stew which is fine microwaved.
for the reserved chicken-
1. shred it ( shred with a fork, it shreds best if you do it while it is still warm) for Pulled chicken sandwiches/burritos later( when ready to eat, heat BBQ sauce in a pot and add your pulled chicken to it until chicken is heated. You can also heat it together in a microwave or stir fry some onions and garlic in a pan add the chicken and then the sauce). I have diced onions in a container in the fridge and you can buy peeled garlic which makes it easy to cook with.
2. cube some whole breasts for a stir fry. Cut veggies up and put in a sealed container. Stir fry veggies then add soy vaki or hoison sauce that you can get in a jar, add cubed chicken. You can buy frozen rice in individual packets that is enough to feed two if you don't want to cook rice.
You can also heat yakisoba noodles quickly and add to the stir fry. These taste fine heated microwaved later.
3. cube some chicken for a ceasar salad. You can buy shredded parmesan cheese to make it easier to throw together. Cold chicken in this case tastes great on it or you can microwave some.
