You can do it! I was a BMI of 30 and today I'm under 24 for the last few years. Cutting carbs did the trick for me after fooling around with diets that only worked temporarily. Yo-yo'ing is the worst--I highly discourage that!

Liquid fills you up quite quickly! Hot liquid makes me feel full longer.
Unfortunately, many foods do not agree with me and leave me filling bloated and gassy and not good at all. The soup had things I know now not to put in!
I agree, read the labels to see how many carbs the food has and choose foods that have lower amounts. You'd be surprised how many carbs are in a little portion of some foods!! I lost weight and have kept it off just watching my carb consumption.

Welcome back Shamus! Sorry you had a difficult year. It has been a hard year emotionally for many, but yours hints of something more.
Everything has been low key even on Windlyn but even still some cool items came out. Our newest members from chibi kingdom have images in their yard sale shops.
I've been able to keep my work routine through all the covid which has helped to keep a level of normalcy in my life but even I have been struggling with the mental fatigue of it all. I can only imagine what you have had to go through with young kids and no school. Did you get sick at all? Some of us Windlyn members had the covid virus already.
