8 hours and no nap. I can't nap because it takes me an hour or two to fall asleep in the first place.

Can I be sleeping when I'm blindfolded for those hours? And, unles syou live somewhere like Alaska I don't think you are going to get 23 hours of night or 23 hours of sunlight.
