I got a 4 day weekend. If boxing day falls on the weekend we get a bank holiday the following Monday.

No boxing day here and no paid holidays if you are under 40 hrs a week - you have to work 40 hrs for 6 months straight & if you wrok less then 40 any of those weeks then you don't qualify. I miss the days of paid vacations.

That sounds really horrible. Does that includes time you can book off? Here full time employees get a minimum of 28 days (employers can choose to include the bank holidays in this). If you're part time it depends how many hours you work on average a week.
