I think it's a pretty common US elementary school circa 2000-2008 experience? The school would have this drive with lotsa (supposed) prizes (limo ride to X, tickets to Disney, laptop, etc) if you sold enough candy bars and/or kettle corn.

I had enough tickets but I don't think I used it on the top prizes. I'm pre sure I got a butt load of the little stuff so I could share with cousins and sibling. I think I cheated tho, and had my uncle help lol.
