Lemon, you're lucky, here is freaking cold in the east of usa. This is very bipolar weather. Cold to most of the day and then warm later on for an hour lol.

Bassy, that's why I don't want to move back to the cold...but everything is so dry here, we really need rain and with artisian wells/ ground water drying up it makes you wonder if the ground will collapse/shift.

well, they are predicting an earthquake in southern California sometime this week... which is not unusual for October, because it has happened before, lets just hope that if it does there are no major damages. An earthquake is one wild ride and hits so suddenly that you really can't see it coming...just a low rumbling sometimes before hand. what is amazing is that something we take for granted as being so solid can become so viscous, like walking on a boat in rough seas.
