I am just canceling the quests if they ask for the celestial or other rare items. I am going to stock up on the Lazarus items though that the quests have been asking for - just in case.

The notification for the event was that we only received the extra item on the quests for the NOVALIA event ONLY (which is now over). And the quests revert now to every 12 hours.
