Sometimes after you make a post a pengwing may load up on that page

There is a cool down period as well so say you have multiple tabs open you will open get an item from one of the pengwings even though multiple's may be showing on other open tabs.

The cool down is generally 20-30 minutes.

You can only catch 20 in a day, also.

yes, they will appear even if you don't poet and they will also appear if you go back pages in the same thread.

Hey so the homepage isn't updated to reflect this event has started.
I logged in earlier to quickly check and assumed it hadn't started because News is still showing the Halloween event and the Update is from November.

Yes, pengwings will appear even without posting. I know because I looked for one on my break at work without posting and found one instantly
