for some reason some of the items I just can't get duplicates on, anyone else finding that? Like the starry berry brite lights I only got one because I was gifted one

I was mostly wanting the dress colors other than the one I am wearing that is the only one I have gotten so far but I would like to collect them all, also I would like a few petalades, and a wing set but I am very happy to have gotten what I have so far and I have no idea how long the carnival is still going to be here but maybe I can get a few more items I want
