They decided to flock to Sanchicho's signature.
I think he's some kind of pengwing whisperer.

Come to think of it, the pengwings do seem to be attracted to Maro for some reason... I have found a couple pengwings in her threads...do you think she is luring them with something sweet? No... I know...pengwings like shiny things and treasures and Maro is always offering give aways.... ah... I think I am figuring it out... just to get there in time to snatch one with my disguised net...and coral them into my snow castle that I built just for them... although... if I keep them... I won't get feathers or items from Camilia , sigh> decisions, decisions...
