I am really excited about the Masterpieces collection. In a traditional art schools, students start off learning from the great master artists, and sit in galleries and imitate the originals. I think doing something like this would help me develop new skills, as well as let me play with a bunch of different styles that I usually do not have the chance to. And we can all learn some art history together. It'll be fun!

I definitely want to make this a long term, ongoing thing. I imagine having a new item every couple months or so. Maybe some months we have an item, some we have none, I'm not sure yet! The items may not all be backgrounds either, and may not all end up in The Lazarus.
There's no rush to pick up The Scream, it is independent of our halloween event.

I love the concept of the Masterpiece collection and this first item is spectacular

- but it probably made Diana's heart sink because "one more thing to plan for" although I have to say I am impressed with her time management never mind her creativity. To keep up all aspects of a site, work at a job AND go to University not to mention social interaction with family and friends... she is one amazing young woman!

oh my gosh Maro, that is great for your charity though! The only ones I am missing or low on is the new candy corn layered dresses and pumpkin earrings and believe it or not certain colors of the wands and cauldrons.

There is always some random, common item that evades me during each event. The cookie mystery party had the takeout box evading me. XD This one has certain colors of the lantern dress. Haha I'm sure I'll get them eventually.
