Hi!
I use a combination of Paint Tool Sai and Photoshop when I draw the items for Windlyn.
If you are looking for free programs that you can use for more painted styles, check out Gimp, or Paint.net (or FireAlpaca for macs).

She is not wearing pants as I have yet to decide
what her bottoms are, so that is why it looks so weird.
