I was shivering as I got ready for bed


Note to self; don't eat jello that's been in the fridge all night right before changing clothes and getting into a bed that hasn't been used and therefore is cold

Get a heating rice pad (or make one) you can warm up in the microwave & put it in the bed to warm it & you up.
I just stacked on extra blankets last night.

Sometimes I have something warm & not caffeinated to drink before bed so my insides are warmed up so that I avoid that very thing.

And then just as quickly we have a warm day.

High humidity makes cold and hot worse... hate it!

Fireplaces (outlawed here in CA) do great reducing indoor humidity.
