I did have fun! Twas a great movie! (Not as good as the first, but still good)

Speaking of! Last night was good! It was a struggle to wake up on time but I managed! We had pizza for dinner. I watched the movie, chatted on Discord vc, then did chores.
I played games, watched videos, and rewatched the first Wicked movie!

I read an article today on 250 mg of vitamin C helping with sleep, mood, digestion, The article recommended 2 kiwi fruit a day as an example. You don't need a lot of Vitamin C but need to have 250 mg per day. Do you know if you are getting that? Might help your sleep issues?

"“The important thing is to keep your plasma levels optimal, which we know can be easily achieved in a healthy person with a vitamin C intake of around 250mg per day.”

Because the body can’t produce vitamin C on its own, getting enough through diet is crucial as the antioxidant helps neutralize free radicals that damage cells, giving the immune system serious support.

In addition to staving off colds and giving skin a glow up, studies have found that kiwis can boost bowel function and ease symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. They also improve stool frequency and consistency, making them a natural ally against constipation.

And the green flags for the green fruit keep on coming.

Scientists found that eating kiwi can boost one’s mood in as little as four days."

The other one I worry about Pix is vitamin D. You can only eat it or get it from the sun. You body starts doing bad things without enough vit D.

Npixelz is a sweetheart and writes the best poems.

And Npixelz is very inviting in his thread.

That is awesome! I just want to make sure. I have been excluded from society enough to make anyone sad. But I am not accusing them at all. They seem cool from what I have heard.

We have vitamin c chewable tablets, I just keep forgetting to have them. My sleep problems range from "I'm having a good dream, I don't want to wake up" to "I couldn't fall asleep so it's hard to wake up" to "I woke too late once, now my sleep schedule is messed up" to "I have a bunch of things to do once I wake up, I don't want to wake up yet" to more.

I probably should get those as well! I'm rarely I the sun!

Rude? To a lovely person such as yourself? Never! Not in a quintillion years! Pull up a toadstool! They're surprisingly comfy!

I feel ya on being excluded! Nowadays it's better, but in school I was excluded from almost everything! But here in the Fairy Garden we are a safe and open space! Take some time to relax! We just recently installed a hotspring! Let the waters wash away your worries and unease and pain from life! And! If you feel you need to vent about life, you are more than welcome to! I may not have much advice, but I'm willing to listen and give comfort where I can! (Just please try to keep swearing to a minimum if you can, but no worries if you do swear)

Yeeeee! I hope it was a blast!

Last night was great! I woke late but that was to be expected, since I had gone to bed late because I had gone to a breakfast place with my parents. I had multiple smaller things for supper, burning my throat on the ramen noodles (I hope my throat isn't sore when I wake up), I did some chores. I watched several long videos, catching up on some from the previous day, I played games (getting close to getting the shiny charm in Legends ZA, just 460 more battles against NPCs!), I chatted on Discord, I played Poketwo, and, most importantly, I had fun!

Now I work a night, then I'm off one, then I work two! One issue is that I'm working the day the ZA DLC is out. But! I think what I'll do is, when I wake up, I'll download the DLC, and then hopefully it'll be all downloaded by the time I go to work!

Oh good luck. I like discord have not been on a bit. Kinda lost touch with it for a bit but hoping to get back into it.

Hopefully the work software is downloaded. Working from home has its benefits and drawbacks too.

Thanksy! Fair fair

Indeed! My sister sometimes works at a place, sometimes from home

My sister said she'll probably download the DLC for both of us on the day it comes out so that way I can bring the Switch 2 to work with no worries!

Last night was alright. I woke way late and my voice was bad because of a sore throat (the result of burning it with ramen), but my voice got better. At work I started fast but slowed down, especially once I started coughing, and even more when the excessive coughing caused a headache. But the manager was understanding and supportive, so it wasn't too bad! At home I watched videos, played games, and chatted on Discord, all fun stuff

And now I'm off then in two days!

Twas from burning my throat on ramen noodles the other day

I'm mostly better now, only hurts to swallow and even that isn't as bad

Last night was good! I actually woke up on time for once, had kebabs for supper, did chores, watched Santa Clause 3 with me mum, all that jazz
I chatted with my BFF and played Star Wars Battlefront 2 (FINALLY unlocking the Darth Maul skin we've been trying to get for months!), and goofed around. I played games, watched videos, chatted on Discord, downloaded songs from all 3 Wonka related movies, and had fun!

Now I work two nights and am off 3! Also the DLC for ZA is fast approaching!
